The goal of the SCALLOP project is to combine the expertise of SemiQon and Qblox to accelerate the development of scalable quantum computers and demonstrate the first prototype system build using the combined technologies.

The SCALLOP project team has combined and complementary expertise ranging from fabrication of semiconductor quantum devices in a pilot line environment, characterization capabilities in both room and cryogenic temperature to control and automation of qubit measurements and full-scale quantum computer demonstrator. These capabilities within the two companies make the SCALLOP project team one of the strongest globally.
